Access Policy

Elaris Computing Nexus operates as an Open Access Journal. Upon acceptance for publication, all articles become immediately and permanently accessible for reading and downloading by everyone. To support open access, authors are required to pay an open access fee, also known as an article publishing charge (APC). This fee can be covered by the authors themselves or on their behalf, such as by their research funder or institution. The open access publication fee for this journal typically amounts to USD 800, exclusive of taxes.

Open Access Policy

Elaris Computing Nexus follows a Gold open access model. All published articles are freely and immediately accessible online without subscription or access charges.

Articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) licence, which permits readers to access, download, copy, redistribute and adapt the material, including for commercial purposes, provided appropriate credit is given, a link to the licence is included, and any changes are indicated.

The article processing charge (APC) is fully waived for all manuscripts submitted on or before 31 December 2026, regardless of their subsequent acceptance or publication date. Elaris Publications (Kazakhstan) will cover the publication costs of these manuscripts. All submissions remain subject to the journal’s standard peer-review and acceptance procedures.

Copyright and Licensing

For all articles published in Elaris Computing Nexus by Elaris Publications, authors retain copyright and full publishing rights. Articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) licence, which permits sharing and adaptation, including for commercial purposes, provided appropriate credit is given, a link to the licence is included, and any changes are indicated.

In exceptional cases, an alternative licence may be considered to accommodate funder requirements or other applicable conditions. Authors must inform the editorial office upon submission. Any approved alternative licence will be clearly identified in the published article.
